Minister Luna met with Citel and Alai at the Mobile World Congress
The Chief of the ICT Portfolio had a meeting with the Executive Director of the Latin American Internet Association, who highlighted the progress of Colombia towards the Digital Economy.
The Minister of Information and Communication Technologies, David Luna, held meetings today with the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission and the Latin American Internet Association, within the framework of the Mobile World Congress 2017 (MWC2017) that takes place in Barcelona, Spain.
The Chief of the ICT Portfolio, together with the Director of the National Spectrum Agency (ANE), Martha Suarez, and the Executive Director of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), German Arias, met with Oscar León Suarez, Secretary Executive Committee of the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission CITEL-OEA.
Then the ICT Minister had a meeting with Gonzalo Navarro, Executive Director of the Latin American Internet Association (Alai), who highlighted the progress of Colombia towards the Digital Economy.
Minister Luna heads the delegation of 26 IT and Digital Content entrepreneurs who are demonstrating in the MWC2017 that there is entrepreneurial DNA in the country and can compete internationally.
