PACO PACO, is the Point of attention for citizens and operators, it is the unit where you start any given procedure before the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications. At PACO you will find personalized attention that will receive, record, digitize and route all documents received or generated by the entity. The human talent at the service of the citizenship and telecommunication operators maintain a strict control that allows ease of reference of the documents that have made its way through PACO. At the same time, we provide personalized information consultancy regarding various services provided through the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications. In addition, we also guarantee the control and administration of record management in compliance with the provisions of the General Archives of the Nation, ensuring the life cycle of documents. In this sense we have arranged for those consulting, the central archive and the Technical Documentation Centre (CDT) which is the unit responsible for securing, preserving and managing the Technical Document Memory produced by different departments or acquired by the entity, our CDT is available for internal and external users. The technological resources are a fundamental tool of the management development at PACO, we maintain an informative first hand contact, with Colombians and foreigners who wish to file a complaint or make a request for information or make any claim to the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications.
